Looking for Something Good to Eat?

While it's my stance that we should eat food that will keep us healthy and our immune systems strong, some people like to identify foods by what they can prevent.

In a recent article on Everyday Health they provided a list of the top 10 cancer-fighting food.

However you categorize it.. these foods are good to include in your diet.

1) Garlic
2) Berries
3) Tomatoes
4) Cruciferous Vegetables — broccoli, cabbage,cauliflower
5) Green Tea
6) Whole Grains
7) Turmeric
8) Leafy Green Vegetables
9) Grapes
10)Beans

What's interesting about this list is that it wouldn't be hard to include these in your diet on a daily basis. You could put most of it in a salad, add a slice of whole grain bread and drink a cup of tea and you've done it.
