Healthy Foods To Fill You Up

In his new book, Prime-Time Health, Dr. William Sears suggest some foods that will fill up but are very healthy.

Here is part of that list:

Seafood
Eggs
Lentils
Beans
Chili Peppers
Rice, wild or brown
Potatoes, with skin
Chunky vegetable soup, homemade
Yogurt
Tofu

Nuts
Steel-cut oatmeal
