Is the Guy in the Next Cubicle Doing Yoga?


I just love it when the holistic world moves into the workplace.

Many of us have been doing yoga forever but I don't know that we'd pop into the conference room and lunch do a Sun Salutation. (Although I have been caught doing part of it in our office kitchen while waiting for the coffee to brew. I just get polite smiles.)

Well yoga at work is a good thing according to a study in Health Education & Behavior which reports that 20 minutes per day of guided workplace meditation and yoga, combined with six weekly group sessions, can lower feelings of stress by more than 10% in sedentary office employees.
