What Foods Can I Eat to Get Calcium?

While we all know about the benefits of calcium -- proper nerve and muscle function as well as strong bones and teeth -- we are not always sure about the sources other that milk.

So here are some other food sources:

Cornmeal
Wheat flour
Collards
Rhubarb
Sardines
Spinach
Soybeans
Turnip greens
Salmon, canned with bone
Kale
