Eating Chocolate Provides Iron

I think if I spent the rest of my life seeking out the benefits of eating chocolate and telling everyone about them, I will have provided a value service. So now we can add increasing iron in our systems as an additional benefit to eating chocolate. In this case you have to eat baking chocolate comprised of unsweetened squares to get the benefit.

Here is a list of sources of iron from a CNN report about healthy bodies.

Mollusks, clams
Turkey or chicken giblets
Enriched whole wheat flour
Enriched rice
Soybeans
Tomato products
Spinach
Liver
Beef
Jerusalem-artichokes, raw
