Getting Started on 5 Steps to Natural Living
To get you started I'll suggest one item from each step that you easily do this week.
1) Nutrition -- Add some alfalfa to your salad. Alfalfa contains more vitamins and minerals than most food. Looking at Vitamins it has: A, B2 (Riboflavin), B3 (Niacin) B6, B12, C, D, E, and others. Minerals: calcium, chlorine, magnesium, potassium, selenium, and some trace minerals as well -- boron, bromine, vanadium. All of that in those skinny pieces of alfalfa. Who knew!
2) Exercise -- Find the radio. Tune in your favorite station. Crank it up and dance your little heart out.
3) Stress Reduction-- Women, draw a bath and put drops of the essential oil lavender. (You can buy these in small bottles at health food stores.) Men, walk into the woods and stare at the trees.
4) Home Remedies -- As many of us have allergies in the fall, drink a cup of stinging nettle tea daily from November until April.
5) Outlook on Life -- Bring some joy to other people this week. Compliment 3 people, feel their joy and know that you made it possible.
