Friendship Relieves Stress
The other day I was beginning to let all of the little things bother me. I let it add up to where I was actually unhappy, which is a rare state for me. With all of the trouble in the world, I try hard to remember that my little issues don't matter, but sometimes in the course of life the little annoyances drive you crazy.
Anyway, I had scheduled a walk with my faithful walking friend and after an hour of talking and mostly laughing I felt great. I know the exercise helped boost my body, but it was her friendship and laughter that boosted my spirit.
So next time you feel stressed pick up the phone, call a friend and just enjoy the feeling of having a good traveling companion on this road called life.
