A World In Love With Chocolate
While Valentine's is a day for sharing love, it's also for sharing chocolate. As women we have a day that we can eat it from morning until night and not feel badly. Our serotonin levels increase and we feel good. And now, we have a new source of anti-oxidants. For the day we can put aside the carrots and multiple vitamins and enjoy our favorite dessert.
And the world can now enjoy with us as everyone is now eating the dark chocolate with 70% cocoa. Everywhere people are openly eating these bittersweet squares. I have heard people say their cardiologists are recommending it to ease heart disease. And why not add some wine with that?
I for one, will be eating chocolate and drinking wine with my favorite French-Canadian tonight.
