Why Does Punching The Air Feel So Good?

As a form of exercise,throwing punches in the air sounds a little odd, but it feels great. I started doing Tae-Bo last week and I can't quite figure out why I feel stronger and more empowered after a workout. Every muscle feels the workout, but I think it's the freedom of somehow letting out emotions through punches that adds a little extra to the workout.

It could have something to do with the instructor, Billy Blanks, who is has this great attitude and is always telling you to strive to achieve your best. I'm sure in means in life rather than just this one workout. But it is very inspiring.

Both your body and your mind feels great after this Tae-Bo workout.
